Ashton Paige Establishment for Women, Inc. Was arranged and designed by Camera A. Quebec MS MHC in the year 2000 at The Complete Counseling Service. It brings dynamic energy to the community by offering transitional housing, therapuetic counseling, and many other services to enhance the uniqueness of the agency.
The Purpose
The purpose of Ashton Paige House is to provide services for women from all ethnicities and nationalities in a non-traditional setting that will ultimately served women from diverse population the opportunity to rebuild their lives over. This provision will empower women with self-respect, dignity, wisdom, and understanding that will empower women with the ability to succeed and return to their community.
Mission Statement
The mission of Ashton Paige Establishment for Women, Inc. is to improve the quality of life for women who are beset by social difficulties. We will accommodate to provide a safe and conductive environment characterized by mutual respect, that will provide women the opportunity to make the desired changes, and to cultivate qualities that will gravitate them toward their individual hope and aspirations. Ashton Paige House will focus its attention on obtaining resources to expand its energies, on the attainment of goals and objectives. The counseling obtained will promote major life changes in women of all sorts.
The Philosophy
The philosophy of Ashton Paige is to provide services to clients in a Residential/Transitional setting. The services will provide an educational program that will emphasize respect, dignity, and compassion to promote self-worth. To advocate a sense of personal efficacy we will give a glimpse of success that will involve personal responsibilities. The Residential staff is in partnership with their clients. Our staff is committed to providing high quality programs, with the expectation that the clients will utilize their skills to develop a successful return to their community. Services are provided to residences with a comprehensive plan with specific modaliaties focused on the expectancy of a client's priorities. Program Services will undergo continuous development as part of our commitment to meet the needs of all clients. The program is designed to utilize staff with special skills, training and to encourage continuous education. We will also use strategies approaches to obtain community resources.
